Copyright Agreement

This Copyright Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Agriman ("Publisher") and [Author's Name] ("Author") for the submission and publication of content on Agriman's platform.

1. Grant of Rights:

1.1 The Author grants Agriman the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, and transmit the submitted content ("Content") in all forms and media formats now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to digital and print formats.

1.2 Agriman may use, edit, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, incorporate into other works, and sublicense the Content, in whole or in part, without restriction.

2. Author Representations and Warranties:

2.1 The Author represents and warrants that they are the sole author of the Content and have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and to grant the rights herein.

2.2 The Author further represents and warrants that the Content is original, does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party, and does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Ownership:

3.1 The Author retains the copyright and all other proprietary rights in the Content, except for the rights granted to Agriman under this Agreement.

4. Attribution:

4.1 Agriman agrees to provide proper attribution to the Author for the Content published on Agriman's platform.

5. Term and Termination:

5.1 This Agreement shall remain in effect unless terminated by either party upon written notice.

5.2 Upon termination, Agriman shall cease using the Content within a reasonable time period.

6. Governing Law:

6.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Entire Agreement:

7.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.
